Hello Lakeside Families, this will be my second summer managing at Lakeside and I couldn't be more excited!!! Prior to Lakeside I was managing the pools and coaching the swim teams at both the Weston Field Club and the Westport YMCA. Growing up in Connecticut I spent my summers & winters swimming and my falls & springs playing soccer and lacrosse. Some of the things I enjoy doing during my free time include; working out, playing men's league soccer, boating, watching UConn sports and relaxing at the beach or pool with friends. I look forward to seeing everyone this summer!!!
Head Tennis Pro: Drissa Ardjouman
Hello Lakeside, I was born and raised in the Ivory Coast. When I was younger I was ranked the top #2 for my country's junior national team. I played professionally in the ITF Futures. After my playing career was over, I started coaching in 2016 as the assistant coach at the Ivorian National Federation and as the head Coach of a tennis club in Abidjan. In 2019 I moved to Atlanta, GA where I began working at the Atlanta Athletic Club. There I was in charge of the 14 & under development program. In 2020 I moved to New York where I began working at the New York Tennis Club and the Kings County Tennis League. In September of 2020 I started working at Tennis Innovators Academy where I was running adult, 18&u, 14&u and 10&u clinics. My greatest coaching accomplishment is that I helped several young athletes receive a full tennis scholarship to college!!!
In 2023 I moved to the RiverdaleTennis Club as the head coach and helped to create the pickleball team and build the adult program.
In March 2024 I joined Evolution Tennis Academy as a Head Coach. This will be my third summer at Lakeside and I hope to see everyone out on the courts!
Head Swim Coach: Colleen Bumbala
Colleen is entering her second summer at Lakeside and is thrilled to be back! She has been a full time coach at Ridgefield Aquatic Club for the last five years, where she is the head pre competitive and development coach. Colleen began coaching back in 2012 when her college swimming career ended and hasn’t left the pool deck since! She enjoys traveling (especially to Disney World) and spending time with her husband Josh and their golden retrievers Teddy and Finnegan.
Head Dive Coach: London
HMy name is London and I am the head diving coach here at Lakeside. I have been diving at Whirlwind Diving for 4 years now and on the Ridgefield high school team. This will be my 3rd year coaching at Lakeside. I like to focus on creating a positive environment where the kids have freedom to choose what they learn as I believe it builds confidence and allows them to enjoy the sport while also continuing to grow. I’m excited for another great season with lots of new dives (and hopefully few smacks)!

Hello my name is Makena Long, I am from Ridgefield, CT. I just finished my freshman year at Boston University where I am majoring in Business Administration. This is my fifth year at Lakeside and I'm very excited to be taking on the position of head guard!
